## How do I contact RealFoods?

Email [info@realfoods.app](mailto:info@realfoods.app). Tell us which iPhone and iOS version you use and what you expected to happen, and add a screenshot if the problem is on screen. That is usually enough for us to answer in one reply.

## How do I cancel or change my subscription?

RealFoods is billed through the App Store, so Apple manages the subscription, not us. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose RealFoods. From there you can cancel or switch between monthly and yearly. Cancel at least 24 hours before a renewal or free-trial end date to avoid the next charge.

Pricing: RealFoods is free to download. Barcode scans, product search and manual meals include the full score. Premium (AI photo and text meal scoring) has a 7-day free trial, then $9.99 a month or $59.99 a year (shown in your local currency in the App Store).

## How do I ask for a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are decided by Apple. Request one at [reportaproblem.apple.com](https://reportaproblem.apple.com/). We cannot issue App Store refunds ourselves, but we are happy to help if something in the app did not work as described.

## How do I delete my account and data?

You can delete your account inside the app settings, and you can export your data yourself in the app. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription, so cancel that separately as described above.
